I greatly value the creativity and commitment of my player community. However, it’s important to make clear that I do not accept or review unsolicited submissions of any kind, including but not limited to game ideas, narratives, artwork, music, audiovisual pieces, concepts, or other creative elements (“Unrequested Materials”). This policy is necessary to avoid potential confusion or disputes when new games I launch might seem similar to ideas suggested by the community.

Please respect this policy and avoid sending any Unrequested Materials. If you choose to send Unrequested Materials despite this policy, please be aware that such content will not be treated as confidential. By sending such content, you grant me a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable (in part or entirely) license to use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, and develop derivative works from the Unrequested Materials, all without any obligation to compensate you or any third party. Moreover, you agree that these Unrequested Materials become solely my property and can be used for any purpose at my discretion.

Policy on Feedback for Existing Products

While I do not accept Unrequested Materials, I warmly welcome feedback on my current games. Please understand that by providing this feedback, you grant me the same rights as outlined above for Unrequested Materials. This includes potential ideas for updates, enhancements, or improvements to my current games. Your feedback, even when it includes such suggestions, will not be treated as confidential or proprietary. I can use this information freely, develop it into my games, and I’m not obligated to compensate you or any third party. Any personal data related to your feedback will be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Note that this policy applies in addition to the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy on this website. Your rights as a consumer under German law, including the right to withdraw from any agreements, remain unaffected. This policy is provided in English for convenience. However, in case of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.
